Happy May Day! … even though we were married in September, we had a maypole at our wedding - because who doesn’t love joyful frolicking and ribbons and flower adorned children. My mom was crowned May queen and I always remember hearing stories of those beautiful paper-white dresses and floral crowns in Richmond Virginia. Our little May Queens wore lily of the valley in their hair from @kateholtcreative that I dried and saved from Ireland.
