Inspired by the moodiness of the changing season, the team behind today’s romantic styled shoot wanted to create an editorial with a new-age feminine feel juxtaposed with soft, elegant florals and details. Planned + designed by Emily Allen of Cakewalk Bake Shop and captured beautifully by Apryl Ann Photography, you’ll find there is definitely no shortage of inspiration or ideas to incorporate into your own wedding or celebration! From the perfect boho fashion curated by Lindsey Zamora to the ah-mazing floral installations by The Southern Table Design, I’m madly in love with every last detail and I’m sure you will be, too!

Loving all their gorgeous shoes! Speaking of shoes, have you checked out the shoes in The GWS Shop? We just added a bunch of lovely new pairs!

The botanical-inspired paper goods by Blue Eye Brown Eye are so super pretty + such a great compliment to the vibe of the shoot!

And I’m pretty crazy about this king protea + vine garland. It would make such a cool ceremony backdrop!

The unruly hair + makeup by Beauty and the Blush is a really fun way to give the shoot a high fashion feel. Are there any bold + daring brides out there inspired to try a similar look for your big day?

And if you love this incredible flower wall as much as we do, read on to learn how to get the look:

From The Southern Table Design: The ideal would be to use very hearty blooms that will hold up without being in water. Since our wall was not up long, I was able to use some more delicate blooms (like roses + stock). For brides creating a wedding background, go for blooms like carnations, thistle, strawflower, delphinium, poms. Mixing these with greenery, like in the shoot, will add more color and texture. Here we used salal and plumosa.

Cakewalk Bake Shop whipped up some yummy-looking cakes + treats for the dessert table and the bits of florals + greenery add the perfect dose of pretty!

Big thanks to the talented creatives below for sharing this romantic bohemian wedding inspiration with us today!
