Style Inspiration: An Invitation to Chateau du Grand-Luce by Timothy Corrigan

I picked up the gorgeous monograph, An Invitation to Chateau du Grand Luce: Decorating a Great French Country House (Rizzoli) by Timothy Corrigan this past weekend, and it is filled to the brim with style inspiration. The stunning interiors offer much to ponder but there are also beautiful shots of celebrations in the home as well as portraits of the incredible gardens caught at that perfect, end-of-the-day, golden moment.

While leafing through, I can't help but reflect upon the stunning, sculpted gardens of an elegant home outside of Detroit where we created a wedding for an equally stylish family not too long ago. Wedding inspiration can be found anywhere and everywhere. I often look at books that have nothing to do with weddings to find the key to new ideas for those celebrations. I think you'll find this volume evocative for a most refined take on the epitome of chic.
