Today on Wedding Friends we are sharing the wedding of Remona and Eric, shot by the impeccable Darrell Fraser from Darrell Fraser Photography. This woman surly knows how to glamorize an event and her work is raw, stunning and simply spectacular. Darrel is sharing her experience of the day with us.

What a memorable wedding day, filled with immaculate decor, spectacular and colourful couples, and a couple that belongs on the cover of every magazine. It was truely one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever photographed.

Remona Moodley is Miss South Africa 2012. In 2005 she was crowned the youngest ever Miss India South Africa at just 17 years old. She was First Princess in the Miss South Africa 2011 beauty pageant. Remona graduated as an Electrical Engineer from the University of Cape Town. She is currently working as a Business Analyst.

Remona is a member of Mensa, having attained a score within the upper two percent of the population. She is the Founder and National Director of a registered non-profit organisation, Fund-A-Dream Foundation. This foundation strives to provide a platform to assist talented young South Africans in making their dreams a reality.

Eric graduated from UCT in 2010 with a degree in electrical engineering. He has a keen interest in investments and has broadened his knowledge in the field through extensive self-study. He completed grade 11 and 12 in one year and as a student he earned bursaries from three different companies. His proven excellence in his endeavours has earned him a place at the One Young World 2011 forum in Zurich.

Remona and Eric met at UCT while studying electrical engineering. Remona and Eric flew back to Los Angeles the very next morning. The guests were entertained by MC Simba Mhere, presenter from Top Billing, what an entertainer. Other entertainment for the evening included DJ Alarick and the String Quartet.

The day was not without it's challenges, from unpredictable weather patterns to difficult service providers, but in the end I've managed to keep calm and do what I do best, making sure I deliver high quality imagery!
