Stefan & Keilah's Cape Town Wedding - Wedding Friends

via

We just love the fun and spontaneous way that Gustav Klotz captured the wedding of Stefan & Keihlah. This couple had a chilled approach to their wedding, which might just be the perfect way to do it. We love this wedding for the fun it portrays. Enjoy it with us!

Lovebirds | How did you two meet?

We first met when we were in drama class in Primary school, 12years old. Years went by
and we went our separate ways, until we bumped into each other at our local church,
Hillsong Cape Town. It didn't take Stefan long to do some Facebook research and
begin to pursue me. It took a few dates, a few break ups and many adventures, but finally
Stefan proposed to me.

I said Yes | How did the proposal go down?

She was about to leave for Pretoria. Keilah was packed ready to leave and Stefan asked
her to have coffee, instead of Coffee Stefan blindfolded her and said he has a surprise. So
he took her to Lundhadno beach, and had a blanket out with 30 Red Roses each rose had a
message on of why He loved her, He said you can choose a rose whenever you want, and
she went from first rose saying I like your laugh, then the 25th that said I like your smile,
then she got 30th rose said will you marry me? He then went on his knee and then pulled
out one ring.

The Big Day | Tell us the most memorable moment of your wedding day?

We only had R5000 rand to put a wedding together, we had no inheritance or family to
pay for anything. So we made the budget stretch and make a unforgettable day, it was a
miracle. Mercedes said they will do the driving, lady in our church did the cupcakes and
cake, another business man said he will donate soup and bread, then on arrival we had
people making fresh juice, you could choose your fruit, we also had our Pastors phil and
Lucinda marry us. During our wedding baboons came, (it was in a forest) almost
wrecked the wedding but we had some baboon watches, the most memorable moments,
was seeing my husband cry and cry and cry. Husbands memorable moment when Keilah
stepped out of the car. The most emorable moment was when were able to have all our friends and family, it was 300 people all together.

I Quote | Describe in one sentence your wedding day

Our wedding was a day of fun laughter and love, with the greatest baboon adventures
yet.

Forever & Always | Any advice for future brides

1. Keep it simple, the stress is never worth it.
2. If money has to go one way, spend it on your honeymoon.
3. Choose to enjoy your day, no matter what.
