If you're planning to serve food buffet style at your next dinner party, event planner Preston Bailey says that you absolutely have to avoid having your guests wait on a long line for food. Preston says that the best way to do this is to repeat the same dishes at each end of the buffet table, so that your guests can enter the buffet from both sides, cutting down the time it takes for each person to go through the buffet and select what they want to put on their plates.
