Happy Tuesday, friends! We hope you all enjoyed a long + relaxing Memorial Day weekend! We're excited to be back with another gorgeous feature-filled week, starting with today's wedding at The Unique Space in Downtown Los Angeles, which was the perfect venue for Sharon + Joe since they both work in the arts industry. When you choose the right space for hosting your big day, you're already 5 steps ahead of the game, and we love how The Unique Space really showcased who S + J are as a couple. From their killer attire (just take one look at Sharon's amazing Carolina Herrera dress!) to the minimal-modern vibe of their decor, we just love how this gorgeous day turned out and Sharon is sharing more details for us below!

Sharon shares, Joe and I met in design school, and as a couple, we always looked up to Charles and Ray Eames. There are tons of power couples out there, but we always felt a connection with them as designers with roots in Michigan, in California. But we didn't want our wedding to just be about design. We wanted our wedding to be a celebration of our two crazy families coming together. So we decided on a cocktail style party with no assigned seating. Because on the outside looking in, our families couldn't look more different. But on that day, our families couldn't look more the same.
