This growth thing is a one big beautiful mess. I’m also starting to notice that all these feelings of resistance and discomfort means I’m growing. This might sound strange, but I’m starting to embrace and enjoy the challenges of how hard it is to grow. It’s human nature to want to hide and run from suffering. We don’t like it when things hurt. But my latest mantra that I’ve been saying over and over is “I can do hard things.”
