Wedding Venues in Aruba

When it comes to planning your wedding in Aruba, we want to make sure you and your soon-to-be know one thing: you’ve got options. From beachfront ceremonies with fresh ocean breezes to indoor receptions in the prettiest of ballrooms, you can make your vows in a variety of settings – and always know that the beach is nearby. These, however, are two of our absolute favorite Aruba wedding locations.

Papamiento

An enchanting combination of museum and event venue, with a corner on the market for tropical aesthetic, Papamiento is much more than a gourmet restaurant – although we have heard only the best about the innovative, locally-inspired menu.  The building itself is more than 120 years old and filled with European relics, while the facility’s focal point is a central courtyard and turquoise pool. Lush gardens and twinkle-light laden trees are also an essential part of the scenery at Papamiento, which is named for Aruba’s native language. We think a ceremony on the restaurant’s intimate, palm-surrounded terrace sounds lovely, while a pool-side reception is practically a must.

The Lighthouse

Located on the northern tip of Aruba, La Trattoria El Faro Blanco Restaurant is immediately adjacent to one of Aruba’s most well-known landmarks, the California Lighthouse. Before becoming one of the island’s most scenic wedding venues and a source of quality food, the restaurant lived a past life as home to the lighthouse’s keeper – and while we love a location with history, we’re oh-so happy this view is now open to the public. When planning your event, keep in mind that celebrations and ceremonies can be held in one of six different sites. Three dining rooms, as well as an upper terrace, a lower terrace and a lush garden are all available, but if you can’t tear yourself away from the beachfront ceremony of your dreams, La Trattoria El Far Blanco also makes for an exceptional rehearsal dinner setting.
