We showed you a few bench ideas; I can't choose the best one. What is your favorite: Headboard And Footboard Bench, Entry One or Potting Bench? They all are very ingenious and will be a great projects to realise during long autumn evenings. I really admire ideas like this one, when you can make totally new furniture out of something seemingly useless.

Gail Wilson who's the owner of My Repurposed Life shows a simple way to create this bench. She added a shelf, so this furniture also serves as a little storage. When you look at her tutorial you realize that you don't need to be a professional carpenter. You need some tools, but special skills are not required. You need to have crafter willingness to make it!
