We had a feeling you would love yesterday's Jackson Hole Mini-Moon feature from Carrie Patterson, so we thought it would be the perfect time to share all the pretty details from our recent Rendezvous Retreat in Wyoming's most beautiful wedding destination!

You may have seen some sneak peeks on Instagram, but here's the scoop: select vendors Carrie Patterson, Kate Headley, and our very own Christina McNeill combined their incredible talents to design and host a 3-day retreat for seasoned photographers, and the outcome was even better than we could have imagined. After seeing Jackson's iconic scenery, local sponsors, and rustic-glam venue united for such an inspiring event, it's no surprise that people come from all over the world to experience the town's charming character.

To give everyone a taste of the mountain town lifestyle, the Rendezvous Retreat kicked off with a welcoming cocktail reception hosted by Hotel Jackson. Later on, the ladies found themselves cutting a rug at the famous Million Dollar Cowboy bar - home to the best live western music and dancing in the Tetons! In case that wasn't enough of an authentic mountain town experience, the retreat headed over to Jackson's town square to take a peek at this year's prize antlers, which are handpicked annually by the local Boy Scouts!

As a group of creatives who have seen some of the best lodgings in the US and beyond, they could not have asked for better accommodations than Turpin Meadow Ranch, an elegant dude ranch tucked away outside of town. The ladies were hosted for the duration of the retreat and went the extra mile to make them feel at home. On the first day, the ladies hiked to a lookout point and Turpin Meadow Ranch brought pillows and chairs to add a dash of comfort to the outdoor group discussions! After a relaxing lunch surrounded by sweeping views, everyone hiked backed down through the aspen trees feeling both pampered and energized.

The cabins at Turpin Meadow Ranch were straight out of a rustic fairytale! You can find interior shots here in Carrie's mini-moon post, but beware... you'll want to book a trip immediately.

It's no secret that wedding photographers are totally awesome, but High Caliber Women helped drive that point home by adding Tomahawk, Archery, and Blow Dart lessons to their repertoires. Wouldn't you rest easy knowing one of your key wedding vendors can also throw a tomahawk?

Turpin Meadow Ranch also introduced us to fly fishing and horseback riding surrounded by views of the Teton Mountains. This may seem unbelievable at this point, but in all honesty the Rendezvous Retreat gets even better from there.

Genevieve Catering hosted the " Styled by the Scout" dinner complete with expert wine pairings from Jackson Hole Winery and stunning florals by Fleur de V. Summertime in Jackson means the sun doesn't set until 9pm, which gave the group a wonderful chance to relax and enjoy every moment of such a beautiful evening.

The signature cocktail of the evening was a Lavender and Peach Bellini. Live music was provided by PTO Bluegrass.

After their cozy, candlelit meal on the porch, the Rendezvous Retreat ladies felt pampered and prepared to expand on their creativity the next day!

Be sure to stop by later for Part 2 of the Rendezvous Retreat!
